After a brief stint as a cruise ship entertainer (long story), I started my career as employee #1 for a bootstrapped software company — SecureLink — that grew to $50M ARR through three exits. Starting as our first SDR making 100 cold calls a day, I rose to VP of Sales, and ultimately served as Chief Customer Officer, averaging NRR of 112 with <2% logo churn.
